FOOD IS FUEL
On campus there is a lack of communication and community when it comes to food insecurity. Our campus has resources that students can use to gain more knowledge and better prepare for when they have to inevitably begin to take care of themselves as young adults. Food is fuel is a workshop/workbook that aims to educate and to inform students about how to deal with food insecurity and locate resources on campus. The book focuses on three big areas of learning Financial, Academic, and Health all with the subject of food.
